Your new company is a fantastic Electrical Solutions company based in Belfast that is on an ambitious growth trajectory and keen to build a team that can grow alongside it. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Operations Manager with experience of leading a team of service engineers.
Your new role
As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning and delivery of new projects while ensuring the continuous reliability of the charging network. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all business operations such as procurement, project management, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, lead and motivate a team of engineers and support staff, and ensure the highest standards in service delivery through quality assurance processes. Additionally, you will manage financial data and operational metrics to drive profitability, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and oversee IT systems supporting operations and customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills, proven project management experience, and a solid understanding of commercial and financial principles are essential. You should also have familiarity with IT systems and data management practices, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and a commitment to health and safety standards.
