Salary: Salary is dependent upon your experience and location. This can be discussed during interview.
Role Status: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Technical Support Consultant to join our talented delivery team in a client-facing role, working on exciting projects across our broad client base.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud solutions.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and challenges.
3. Assist in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud applications.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with Oracle Cloud products.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
