My client are an International Law Firm based in Leeds City Centre that are looking to expand their support team with a PA on a 12 Month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to join a forward-thinking company with excellent career progression opportunities.
As a PA your duties will include:
- Arranging both national and international travel
- Arranging and booking all internal and external meetings
- Dealing with all internal/external calls in a professional manner
- Extensive diary management
- Assist with billing and processing of expenses
- Preparing, collating and amending all documents
As a PA you will have the following skills:
- Previous Administration/Secretarial experience is essential
- Previous experience working in a Legal or Professional Services environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages
