The hospice is passionately dedicated to providing unparalleled care and support to families throughout North and Central London and the Herts Valley.
The Clinical Services Manager will:
- Lead the development and operational delivery of family-centred care.
- Support the leadership and transformation of Clinical Services.
- Drive change management and enhance clinical practice.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and external providers to improve service outcomes.
- Provide line management and supervision to the clinical team.
- Oversee the clinical services rota and partake in on-call duties.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and confidentiality.
Package and Benefits:
The Clinical Services Manager will receive:
- Annual salary between £51,000 to £58,000
- £5,000 joining bonus
- 25 days of annual leave, increasing with service.
