Part-time Accounts Assistant, Cambridge, Hybrid, £32000 per annum

An award-winning consultancy in Cambridge is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent and part-time (3 days/22.5hrs, per week) basis.

Your new role

As Finance Assistant, your duties will include:

• Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
• Processing and issuing sales and supplier invoices
• Preparing payment runs for approval
• Processing bank payments
• Reconciling bank transactions
• Processing accruals and prepayments
• Ad hoc duties

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Good working knowledge of Xero accounting software
• Work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Good IT Skills
• Fantastic communication skills
