We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to build their career with our Seller Services team in the UK as a Partner Manager for our Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) recruitment team. Our team focuses on supporting existing Sellers to adopt new products and tools that help grow their business. In 2024, our focus has been on speed and delivery experience and we will be expanding to a wider range of tools and programs in 2025.
In this role, you will work directly with Selling Partners and on projects to improve the experience of buying and selling on Amazon. You will need to drive business development conversations with top accounts and analyze complex data to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a target-driven team in an environment with significant ambiguity, and a track record of success in building partnerships up to C-level with large, complex businesses.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and execute strategies to meet defined sales and growth goals for your portfolio of high-value selling partners.
- Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for growth and improvements to the selling partner experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive MFN product improvement initiatives, leveraging Selling Partner feedback to drive change.
- Advocate for the needs of UK Selling Partners with local and global teams.
- Establish and manage the business and technical relationships with C-level key decision makers, managing the day-to-day interactions with these organizations in order to build partnerships.
- Develop a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs, articulating compelling rationale for why Partners should launch on Amazon and working closely with Partner Teams to drive positive SX.
- Understand and utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
