The Role and the Team

As we aim to significantly grow this new proposition, we're seeking a dynamic and versatile Partner Manager to join our team.
This is a newly created role designed to support rapid growth and drive the success of our financial services category, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating closely with the product team to optimise and expand our offerings.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial services partners and vendors, managing relationships to ensure mutual success
- Collaborate with partners to execute joint marketing initiatives aimed at driving product adoption and member engagement
- Onboard new partners, following-up on warm leads and negotiating contracts
- Support the product team in optimising existing financial services offerings, focusing on enhancing member value and driving adoption
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that promote our financial services products
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the function, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Gather and analyse member feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts and enhance the overall member experience
- Act as a point of escalation for member inquiries related to financial services products
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in account management or business operations within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated success negotiating commercial contracts with highly regulated industries
- Proven experience in supporting product initiatives and collaborating with product teams
- Ability to understand and interpret data and consumer insights to suggest new initiatives
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A growth mindset with the ability to work at pace to meet or exceed targets
