The Role:

• Lead Interventions: Develop and implement effective strategies to support student behaviour and well-being.
• Enhance Standards: Help uphold and promote the school's high standards by fostering a positive and respectful environment.
• Collaborate: Partner with staff, students, and parents to address barriers to learning and support student success.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in Pastoral Care: Proven experience in behaviour management or pastoral care within a school setting.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication abilities to support and collaborate with students, staff, and parents.
• Passion for Student Well-being: A genuine commitment to improving students' lives and creating a supportive environment.
• DBS Check: Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS and Children's Barred List Check.
