Job Description

Handle have partnered up with a Global Entertainment business and we are looking for a UK Payroll Manager to join a growing team in Hammersmith on a hybrid working model.

We are looking for candidates who have worked for large Multi-national business, working across a large payroll team and management experience. This role will be managing x5 Analysts and remote workers, so experience with remote workers is desirable.

Responsibilities include:
  • Time and Payroll team management
  • Payroll processing, statutory reporting and audit support across the business
  • Payroll SLA, controls and compliance standards
  • Oversee Stock Options/RSU and LTIC payments (Local transfers)
  • Act as primary vendor contract
  • Regulatory compliance and knowledge of tax and UK guidelines
Key skills:
  • EMEA Payroll SLA, MCPO Vendor exposure
  • Payroll qualification
  • Retail/Entertainment industry experience
  • SAP and MCPO payroll models
  • Workday
