Role: PEGA Business Analyst/

Job Description
1. Business Process Analysis:
Work with stakeholders to understand their business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization using Pega applications.
Conduct workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements.
2. Solution Design:
Translate business requirements into functional specifications that align with Pega/'s capabilities.
Design high-level workflows and process models based on the business objectives.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Act as a bridge between business users and the technical development team, ensuring both sides understand the requirements and the solution approach.
Facilitate discussions between business teams and IT to ensure alignment on project goals.
4. Pega Platform Expertise:
Provide deep knowledge of the Pega platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Recommend features, enhancements, or integrations based on Pegas product offerings to optimize business processes.
5. Solution Validation and Testing:
Support the development team during the build phase by reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements.
Participate in the testing phase by validating that the implemented solution works as intended and addresses the business needs.
6. Mentoring and Guidance:
Provide guidance to junior business architects and business analysts on the team.
Help with the development of best practices and methodologies for Pega projects.
7. Documentation and Training:
Document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the Pega-based solution.
8. Change Management and Support:
Manage changes in project scope and ensure any modifications align with the business goals.
Provide post-implementation support to address any issues and continuously improve the solution.
