About the Role
To support theEntertainment Experience Manager for the smooth planning andoperational delivery of our entertainment proposition across ourbreaks.

The Performance Manager will beresponsible for the seamless delivery of stage-based performancesand guest experiences. You will lead day-to-day operations acrossall production elements related to the cast and Skyline Gang, andsupport onstage proposition, where required outside of this, whenrequired.

You should enjoy developing people andbe passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests bynurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filledenvironment.

You will drive standards and havethe ability to lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brandstandards and Butlin's way of working

You'll have the ability to drive consistentbrand standards whilst being guest obsessed and operatingefficiently in everything you do.

You should have a real passion for leadingby example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that trulydelight our guests. You should be an advocate for your team'sfulfilment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121's andPDP discussions to support their development and career withButlin's.

As with allroles at Butlin's, no day will be the same and you will need toenjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring thatour guest experience is always your number onepriority.
Responsibilities
Lead the Cast, Gang and Wardrobeteams, and ensure they deliver the relevant proposition required bytheir role. Production Planning: Work closely with the EntsExperience Manager, Technical Manager, Redcoat shift Managers,wardrobe teams and show captains to plan, deliver, and evaluatestage-based products.

Develop a robust understudy programme tosupport the needs of the product.
Build an efficientwardrobe team that meets product standards and enhances guestexperience.

Maintain strong relationships withresort teams, central support teams, external visiting acts,agents, and third-party suppliers.
Support the widerentertainments and leisure department with associated supportduties, when required.

Improvement andrequired training, and any formal HRprocess.
Responsible for compliance and fulfilmentof Health and Safety relevant aspects including, but not limited toRisk Assessments, Fire Safety check sheets, COSHH andothers.




Knowledge & Experience
Proven leadership experience withinan entertainment environment.
Performance managementexperience, including planning and delivering concept/rehearsalthrough to live performance. The performance manager will haveexperience in building relationships with industry experts andsuppliers.
Technical support knowledge forstage-based content.
Training or relevant experiencein various performance disciplines for reviewing and providingfeedback on production shows.
Strongguest/customer-facing skills, with experience handling queries andcomplaints.
Demonstratable experience of leadingteams to success, this includes proficiency in:
Managingperformance. Coaching team. Delivering team training. Settingstandards Role modelling. Effective communication skills at allorganisational levels.
Ability to manage multiplepriorities and adapt quickly to changingrequirements.
