Job DescriptionReporting to the General Manager, the Personal Assistant to the General Manager will be required to maintain all matters relating to administration in a confidential, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Management of the General Manager's schedule;
- Provides administrative support to the General Manager;
- Check General Manager's electronic mail system for any urgent messages and in his absence ensures matters are referred to alternative Executive Committee members for action and ensure response is made where required;
- Coordinates and organises regular hotel meetings and appointments;
- Acts as a main liaison for certain VIP guests and key internal & external contacts;
- Acts as a key point of contact for enquiries and queries within the Executive Office;
- Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs;
- Prepares confidential reports and meeting minutes as required;
- Attends various management meetings and taking minutes of meetings, compiles and distributes them;
- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management;
- Core Member of the Blue Energy and Culture Committee of Hilton London Bankside.
