Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive - Serious Injury Department
Rhyl (with flexibility to work across all offices)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join my client's Serious Injury Department, based in North Wales. They are looking for a driven individual with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong advocacy skillset and the confidence to secure the best possible outcomes for their clients. Additionally, you will need a thorough understanding of clinical negligence and the financial aspects of these types of cases.
Key Requirements:- Minimum 2 years' PQE in Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage your own caseload and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
- Proficient in using case management systems and legal research tools.
- Managing a mixed caseload of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury cases.
- Handling both pre and post-issue claims.
- Offering expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of personal injury law.
- Investigating and gathering evidence to support claims.
- Drafting key legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiating settlements with opposing parties and their legal teams.
- Representing clients in court, both in-person and remotely.
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation and case law.
