Physiotherapist in Southampton

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join a dedicated team in Southampton. You will independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based approaches, ensuring high-quality care that is tailored to the individual. With support from senior physiotherapists as needed, you will be a key player in improving patient outcomes through personalised care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently assess, diagnose, and develop evidence-based treatment plans to support optimal recovery.
- Create patient-centred treatment plans, enabling informed consent and collaboration through SMART goals.
- Maintain accurate physiotherapy records in compliance with HCPC regulations and complete medical reports as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong communication with patients, their families, and colleagues to ensure the highest quality care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with physiotherapy best practices and ensure your skills are continually improved.
- Use outcome measures and reflect on patient progress, adapting treatment as necessary.
- Take an individualised approach to care, considering each patient's cognitive, social, and cultural background to inform treatment decisions.
