Your new company
Your new company is a social housing company based in Manchester.
Your new role
Your new role as planned maintenance surveyor will require you to oversee the upgrade of social housing construction planned maintenance projects from inception.
You will conduct pre-planned maintenance surveys and then oversee the same works, appointing contractors and monitoring quality of workmanship.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you'll need experience in a similar role as well as a suitable qualification in a construction or building surveying-related subject.
