Transformation PMO Manager
Location: Bristol
Contract Type: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Transformation PMO Manager to drive our Business Services transformation programme. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing programme governance, reporting, and coordination to ensure successful delivery of critical transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do
  1. Design and implement robust governance frameworks that align programme activities with strategic objectives
  2. Create and maintain comprehensive programme standards and methodologies
  3. Develop and deliver high-impact reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
  4. Lead programme planning sessions and coordinate cross-functional work-streams
  5. Manage resource allocation and resolve conflicts across teams
  6. Oversee risk and issue management, including identification, mitigation, and escalation
  7. Serve as the central point of communication for the transformation programme
  8. Collaborate with third-party partners for management information gathering and reporting
  9. Drive rapid decision-making for critical transformation-wide issues

What You'll Need
  1. Proven track record in PMO or programme management, preferably within professional services
  2. Direct experience with large-scale, high-value strategic transformation initiatives
  3. Deep understanding of transformation impacts, including Target Operating Model implementation
  4. Strong knowledge of programme and project management methodologies
  5. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  6. Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership
  7. Experience in creating and maintaining governance frameworks
  8. Strong data visualisation and reporting skills
  9. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
