• Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Transform raw data into meaningful KPIs and performance metrics for business users based on the input from the Performance and Data Analytics Team.
• Ensure that data is structured and organized to support efficient querying and reporting.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for data analysis and visualization.
• Ensure proper data connections, gateways, and data refresh schedules for up-to-date reporting.
• Implement best practices for report design, visualization standards, and data storytelling techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Power BI data models, reports, or dashboards.
• Assure that the given standards are being kept throughout all Power BI Reports and Dashboards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field would be an advantage.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power BI, SQL, or Excel are a plus.
• Experience with Power BI tools, including Power Query
• Proficiency in DAX for developing measures and calculations
• Experience working with data from multiple sources (e.g. Databases, DWH, Excel).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Good command of English, knowledge of German is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
