Responsibilities

• Engage with sales, procurement, C-suite executives, and customers to explain configurations and security topics.
• Work closely with partners in the channel ecosystem to sell solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with advertising customers to shift them from the existing platform to a new interface over a 2-3 year project.
• Work with GBG group (ads, ads payments in the family of apps) to assist advertising customers in transitioning to a new infrastructure.
• Manage the migration of user bases to new accounts, ensuring seamless access and continuity.
• Conduct discovery calls with the GBG team to identify tech stacks and plan migrations.
• Manage a portfolio of 2500 EMEA customers, coordinating technical transitions and deployments.

Essential Skills

• Experience with SSO (Single Sign-On)
• Knowledge of HTTP protocols
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Azure Workspace
• Experience with RESTful APIs and general API integration
• Expertise in Azure Admin, Google Admin, and Identity Admin roles
• Familiarity with advertising customers and VR/ER technologies
• Understanding of ISO standards and security access management
