Your mission is to balance and optimize internal and external business operations, overseeing powder production footprint, and ensuring financial performance accountability. You will guide our investment portfolio and drive the development of new products and areas of growth.

1. Technical or commercially oriented university degree.
2. Strong commercial experience and leadership skills.
3. Experience in the industry is a plus.
4. Advanced communication skills in English.
5. Knowing German is an advantage.
