We are looking for teachers to work in our Hinckleyschools and provide support covering PPA time, sickness and planned leave. Your new role
Inyour new job as a teacher with Hays, you will play an essential role increating a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore,learn and grow. You will support pupils throughout the school day from gettinginto the classroom to delivering 1:1 teaching and learning support. You'llfoster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues andcollaborate with other staff members toenhance the overall learning experience of the young people.

What you need to succeed
To succeed in your job as a Teacher with Hays, you will need to hold Qualified Teacher Status and you will have recent experience working in a Primary School setting. You will be adaptable and confident stepping foot into new schools with excellent classroom management skills. Ideally, you will have experience working with SEND pupils and supporting thsoe with English as an Additional Language.
