What you'll be doing
- Owning client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and board-level executives.
- Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing accounts, and leading commercial engagements from opportunity to contract signing.
- Leading and managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions that are delivered on time and on budget.
- Setting capability and training strategy, guiding project teams and ensuring continuous professional development across the organisation.
- Developing industry presence and thought leadership, writing blogs, presenting at webinars, and contributing to best practice seminars.
- Understanding the competitive market, differentiating Snap's offerings, and positioning us as a leader in the data analytics space.
- Expanding Snap's influence by building and maintaining a strong network of senior and influential contacts, both inside and outside the organisation.
- Shaping the future of Snap Analytics by driving internal initiatives, mentoring teams, and defining our long-term vision.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven expertise in cloud data platforms, data strategy, and analytics solutions (Snowflake, Databricks, Matillion, or similar).
- A strong commercial mindset, with experience in business development, sales, and strategic account management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence board-level executives.
- Experience managing and delivering large-scale, complex data projects, ensuring technical excellence and business impact.
- A strategic, innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
- Proven leadership and team development skills, with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
- A passion for thought leadership, with experience in writing blogs, presenting at industry events, and contributing to external discussions.
