Principal Consultant Customer Growth

Our client is a revolutionary customer data, insights and customer growth firm underpinned by a unique AI analytics technology and data platform The role:

Working very closely with the CEO and reporting to the Head of Consulting, you will support senior stakeholders internally and with clients to:

1. Lead pitches and proposals and manage key relationships with existing accounts, typically with CMO and CCO stakeholders.
2. Work with the platform and alongside technical and data staff to deliver customer insights and strategic customer growth opportunities for clients.
3. Help to define and deliver the clients' customer experience, retention and growth strategies.
4. Define growth KPIs and enhance and measure the commercial impact of the platform and strategic programmes.
5. Support the Client Partner and key stakeholders to help the client achieve significant commercial value from the platform and its data.
6. Support the Head of Consulting in leading and growing the consulting practice.

You will have:

1. Enthusiasm for working with the CEO to help win business with major blue-chip organisations, including some experience in sales and business development.
2. Several years' experience as a management consultant in a highly regarded consulting firm, currently operating at Manager level or above.
3. First-party "big" data analytics experience and technology savvy.
4. Customer growth, customer strategy or related consumer marketing experience engaging at CMO level.
5. Strong experience of working with large scale customer data in one or more of the key B2C sectors: ideally retail, retail banking, travel or health.
6. Strong academic profile including a good degree.

Salary and package:

£85,000- £120,000 plus benefits including both potential equity and bonus. 2-3 days pw at the Central London office with flexible working.
