Principal Engineer

Role Overview: We are looking for Senior and Principal Software Developers. You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining our new web-based systems, ensuring they are tech-agnostic and seamlessly integrated across all products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Front End interfaces with Angular and CSS.
• Develop Back End systems using TypeScript, Nest.js, and Node.js.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for development and deployment, with the ability to deploy into AWS if required.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, with Principals providing additional guidance on architecture and research projects.
• Work within a Kanban process, recently switched from SCRUM.
• Ensure all roles write the same code, with clear distinctions between Legacy and new system support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Back End development with TypeScript, Nest.js, and Node.js.
• Strong Front End development skills using Angular and CSS.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and AWS.
• Ability to mentor and inspire talent within the team.
• Strong understanding of tech-agnostic systems and integration.
