Job Description

We are currently looking for a curious and driven Principal Solutions Consultant - ServiceNow with knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business ServiceNow experience.FLIESSENDE DEUTSCHKENNTNISSE sind essentiell!

Responsibilities
  • ServiceNow project delivery
    • Leads ServiceNow engagement from inception to completion and ensures high satisfaction with our delivery
    • Becomes trusted advisor to the customer and guides him through ServiceNow journey
    • Strategic guidance on business objectives and realization of Now platform benefits
    • Solution design / ServiceNow roadmap
    • Sizing & pricing advisory
    • Functional & technical consulting
    • Conducts analytical workshops with customers and other stakeholders
    • Analyses, documents and orchestrates customer requirements
    • Writes user stories for implementation team
    • Organizational Change Management (as required)
    • Project controlling (Scope, Time, Budget, Quality)
    • Oversees customizations and configurations
    • Assists customer during UAT
    • Leads the implementation team of business and technical consultants
    • Identifies project needs and develops staffing and training plans jointly with people & culture
    • Regularly communicates with the customer about project status, issues, risks and roadmap adherence

    Solution Engineering & Pre-Sales

    • Identifies up-/cross-sell opportunities in active customer accounts
    • Supports Sales & Marketing with targeted campaigns, webinars, white papers, etc.
    • Prepares material for presentations to customers and prospects
    • Consults and performs series of SN demos and Q&A sessions focused on customer use cases and OOTB functionalities
    • Extracts and understands customer requirements, pain points and strategic objectives
    • Stays up-to-date with Now platform releases and new functionalities

    ServiceNow practice

    • Establishes strong network with ServiceNow, esp. solution advisory
    • Acts as mentor and coach for junior colleagues
    • Helps to establish bluplanet as competent strategic advisor in ServiceNow ecosystem through regular publishing of articles, webinars and delivering speaker assignments
Experience (Skills Required)
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of ServiceNow offering
  • Extensive experience in Solution Engineering and Consulting
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value
  • Superior presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on storytelling
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems
  • Experience of working across a range of industries and be able to understand the current landscape and typical challenges and opportunities
  • Fluency in German & English
