Privacy Counsel

Privacy Counsel - £100k - £130k + bonus - Cambridge hybrid - Global firm

Lawrence Harvey are looking for an experienced Privacy Lawyer to join our client as they look to expand their global legal team with a Privacy Counsel. Due to various transformation projects, and privacy initiatives, we are looking for Privacy Lawyers with at least 5 years PQE who're looking to excel their career with a globally recognised organisation.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with various business units to provide expert legal advise on privacy topics.
2. Work with senior leadership and key business stakeholders to mature the privacy program.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years PQE as a Privacy Lawyer.
2. Experience of privacy laws and regulations across EMEA & US.
3. Experience advising senior stakeholders on privacy best practice and aligning processes with relevant laws and regulations.
