Private Equity Associate - Infrastructure

Madison Hunt is partnered exclusively with the Infrastructure Private Equity team of a global mega fund to hire an Associate to be based in London. Adopting a core plus / value-add investment strategy and targeting mid-teen hurdles, the fund has built a $15bn+ portfolio of assets across infrastructure and energy transition. As the fund continues to rapidly invest, there is a need to hire an Associate to support the origination and execution of investments across Europe. The Associate will join a growing team, build a strong track record with long-term career progression.

Interested candidates will:

• Be currently a junior or mid-level Associate in either the M&A team of a top-tier bank or private equity fund
• Have started their career in investment banking
• Have a proven deal track record in the European infrastructure market
• Possess a strong and all round technical and commercial skill set
• Hold a finance, business, engineering or related degree from a highly regarded university
• Fluency in a second European language is not essential, but is preferred
