Procurement Lead

Leading Financial Services client in the City of London is looking to hire a Procurement Lead to run a strategic review of the group and can identify cost saving and streamlining opportunities.

The role is offering a day rate of circa £900 per day (negotiable) and we are looking for someone that is immediately available.

The ideal candidate will have extensive procurement experience within large multinationals, can develop procurement strategies that produce significant downward spend, and can develop & execute a programme of work that drives continuous improvement, value, innovation and cost benefits across the group.

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Extensive experience creating high level strategic reviews across complex multinational businesses
• Experience working within organisations that have grown rapidly through acquisition and understand the complexities that comes with this growth
• Strong expertise across the entire procurement function and can identify cost saving opportunities across the enterprise
• A strong background within Financial Services
• A proven background in delivering change within complex federated businesses
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
