Job Description
- Overseeing and managing the entire procurement processes.
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.
- Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Managing and developing the procurement team.
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business.
- Implementing procurement strategies that align with company objectives and goals.
- Reporting on procurement activities and performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Lead should have:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a procurement or supply chain role
- Proven experience in stakeholder management & supplier relationship management
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- To have a track record of driving change and maturing a procurement function
- A strong understanding of procurement processes and strategies.
- The ability to lead and develop a team.
