We are a leading PropTech company delivering innovative B2B SaaS solutions that simplify and enhance property management for landlords, tenants, estate agents, and social housing organisations. Our platform bridges the gap between stakeholders, driving efficiency, transparency, and satisfaction in the property sector.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic (Senior) Product Manager to take ownership of a critical area of our product portfolio and play a pivotal role in shaping its future.

Roles and Responsibilities

Market Discovery & Analysis

  1. Market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs in the PropTech rental and tenancy management sectors.
  2. Identify market opportunities and assess revenue potential, product positioning, and competitive advantages.
  3. Define product-market fit and inform strategic decisions to deliver ARR/MRR growth.
  4. Regularly engage with landlords, tenants, estate agents, and social housing providers to understand their pain points and aspirations.
  5. Facilitate user interviews, surveys, and feedback loops to ensure a customer-centric approach to product development.
  6. Act as the voice of the customer internally to align the product vision with user needs.
  7. Define and maintain a clear, strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes.
  8. Balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals, ensuring alignment with overall company direction.
  9. Utilize prioritization frameworks (e.g. RICE, MoSCoW, Boston Matrix etc) to focus resources on high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Stakeholder Engagement & Management

  1. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, customer success, and senior leadership.
  2. Communicate product vision, progress, and challenges transparently, ensuring alignment across teams.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, managing expectations and driving consensus.

Metrics & KPIs

  1. Define and track key product metrics (e.g., NPS, retention rates, ARR, usage patterns) to measure success and inform future decisions.
  2. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
  3. Regularly report on progress and impact to stakeholders and leadership.
  4. Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
  5. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  6. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
  7. Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop effective GTM plans for product launches and updates.
  8. Define positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies to maximize adoption and revenue growth.
  9. Monitor post-launch performance, iterating based on feedback and market response.

Commercial Acumen & Business Case Creation

  1. Develop robust business cases for new product investments, enhancements, and market opportunities, including financial models, ROI analysis, and risk assessment.
  2. Collaborate with finance and leadership to evaluate the commercial viability of product initiatives.
  3. Continuously align product strategy with business objectives, focusing on driving revenue, profitability, and customer value.
  4. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and monetization opportunities within the product portfolio to maximize lifetime value (LTV).
  5. Drive a culture of experimentation, learning, and iterative improvement across the product team.
  6. Stay informed about emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning) and their potential applications in PropTech.
  7. Lead retrospectives to reflect on successes and areas for development.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  9. Champion best practices in product management and encourage cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Demonstrable B2B experience leading Product discovery, definition and delivery to achieve growth in ARR/MAU.
  2. Proven experience as a (Senior) Product Manager, ideally within SaaS or PropTech.
  3. Strong track record of delivering customer-centric products that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
  4. Expertise in market research, customer discovery, and product analytics.
  5. Demonstrated experience in creating business cases and aligning product investments with commercial goals.
  6. Proficiency in roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
  7. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  8. Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on measurable impact.
  9. Familiarity with PropTech and/or social housing trends, challenges, and regulatory environments is highly desirable.
