Digital Skills are working with a leading German fashion and sports brand. The organisation are undergoing major change including ensuring that they achieve value for money in terms of technology.

We require a Product Owner with expertise in Adobe. You will look across Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM), Adobe Workfront and provide business ticket management/backlog assessment.

This is a complex role as the organisation is very large. You will be required to independently manage business requirements, backlog refinement and monitoring of the product's performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of tickets within Adobe AEM & Workfront expertise at the first and second levels.
• Handover to external IT Operations team
• Distribution of user accesses
• Product Backlog Management:
• Create business processes that include DoD (Definition of Done)
• Provision of remote training tools
• Provision of weekly reports
• Expert Jira usage for reports and escalation

Goal

The goal here is efficiency, resulting in seamless product delivery, strong user adoption and optimization of business processes all in line with upfront defined business priorities.

This role suits an Adobe specialist with expert experience in DAM.

You should also have experience in large and complex organisations with very large, international marketing programmes.
