Product Validation Engineer (f/m/div)

This is your chance. To enforce our team within the Power Sensors & Systems Division, we are looking for a Product Validation Engineer.Responsibilities
In your new job you will:

• Measure Infineon components in motor drives, battery protection and DCDC Power Conversion Applications, DCDC Buck Converters, Brick Converters for Telecom, SMPS for Servers/Telecom and Adapters
• Perform tests of leading-edge devices on specially designed boards to support the development and optimization of new technologies
• Carry out competitor benchmarking, organize and analyze data and generate test reports
• Act as technical support for product definition engineering team to validate products value proposition in customer systems during development projects
• Contribute to peer reviews of internal development documents
• Create new application test setups (e.g. design of application test board) including test automation
• Assist Product Application Engineering in writing Application notes, layout- & board design

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor degree from a university / university of applied sciences in Electrical Engineering or comparable
• 1-3 years proven hands on work experience in electrical engineering laboratory environment, including using lab equipment
• Profound knowledge of semiconductors, especially Power MOSFETs preferable
• Experience in analysis of measurement data and presentation of results for internal and external stakeholders
• Capability to work independently and provide guidance for teammates
• Programming skills in C, C++, Visual Studio, Matlab, PCB Design (Allegro, Altium Designer)
• MS Office skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
• Capability to provide regular, concise project updates to team members, stakeholders, and PL management
• Excellent English and ideally basic German skills

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
