Job Description
The RoleWe are supporting a local business with their search for a Manufacturing Administrator. Located in Cramlington, you will be required to cover the following duties.Key responsibilities:
- Support with purchasing activities and supplier communication
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOP's) and updating our skills and training (ILUO) matrix
- Participate in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Use data sources to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure new engineering orders (NEO's) and engineering change orders (ECO's) are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure all cleat costs are maintained and accurate
- Support costing enquires, working closely with the technical department
- Competent administration skills including attention to detail skills
- Experience in a busy manufacturing/production environment.
- Excellent IT skills and proactively showing initiative is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team.
