- Set up projects with clear, scalable structures, define goals and parameters, assemble teams, and establish efficient processes for sustainable outcomes.
- Act as the escalation point to manage risks in your project portfolio and support transformational processes with strategic solutions alongside Team Leads.
- A degree or equivalent qualification, with at least six years of professional experience in project management within traditional and/or digital agency environments-preferably with international market exposure, particularly in the Middle East (e.g., Saudi Arabia).
- Proven leadership in driving projects forward with determination and ensuring successful delivery of objectives.
- A natural team leader with a clear vision, active mentorship, and an ability to integrate cultural diversity seamlessly into workflows.
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and proactive thinking abilities, coupled with high decision-making and execution skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach to setting priorities in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Excellent English and German communication skills (written and spoken) are essential. Arabic skills are a plus but not required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian business and cultural practices to enhance collaboration on-site.
- Willingness to travel between Germany and Saudi Arabia to manage projects and strengthen local partnerships.
- Flexible working hours and locations (within Germany) under our hybrid working model.
- Options to choose between Apple or Microsoft products.
- A supportive, inclusive work environment with a global network and strong advocacy for LGBTIQ+ rights.
- Sustainability initiatives led by our Green Team.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Female Empowerment programs.
- Comprehensive learning and development opportunities, including digital training platforms covering topics like Community & Culture and Leadership & Management.
- Access to Company Bikes for commuting and a free premium subscription to the CALM app for post-work relaxation.
