Project Finance Associate (2-5 PQE) - Energy & Infrastructure

The firm's Project Finance team is an integral part of their broader Projects group, one of the largest and most experienced legal teams in the energy and infrastructure sectors across Europe. For over 25 years, they have been at the forefront of helping clients capitalise on opportunities in clean energy and digital infrastructure.

As a Project Finance Associate, you will play a vital role in advising on a wide range of energy and infrastructure financings, including greenfield and brownfield developments. Working within the wider Projects team, you'll collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-level expertise to clients on project procurement, structuring, financing, execution and exit.

1. Lead transactions under Partner supervision with junior and senior support
2. Advise clients on complex UK and cross-border energy and infrastructure projects
3. Develop innovative project finance structures for market-leading clients
4. Build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
5. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members

1. 2 - 5 PQE in a reputable city law firm
2. Relevant knowledge and experience in energy and/or infrastructure finance
3. Capability to lead transactions with appropriate supervision and support
4. Experience in other areas of Projects work (e.g., M&A, commercial) beneficial
5. Strong client relationship and business development skills
6. Collaborative and supportive team-working approach
