Job Title: Project Manager - Superyachts (AV/IT/Security)
Location: International (EU-based candidates preferred)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Car Allowance (£4,800 per year)
Overtime: 15-20%
Benefits: 20 Days Holiday (+ Christmas), Pension (3% matched contribution), Paid Accommodation, Subsistence Allowance (€40 per overnight stay)
About the Role:
A world-renowned leader in delivering Audio Visual, IT, and Security systems for superyachts and high-end residential clients is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead prestigious and cutting-edge projects. In this role, you will oversee both the technical and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a key point of contact for clients, you'll collaborate with top shipyards, naval architects, and interior designers to bring some of the most innovative AV/IT/security systems to life on the world's most luxurious vessels and residences. You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest technology and influence project designs, delivering systems that define excellence in the superyacht industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex AV, IT, and security systems for superyachts and luxury residences. Ensure projects meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and support to engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Scheduling & Resource Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating resource allocation, and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.
- Manage project budgets and costs, working closely with the Operations Manager and finance team to ensure financial accountability and profitability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and industry regulations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience managing AV/IT/security projects in the marine or high-end residential sector (preferably with projects over 40m in size).
- Proficient in using project management software (eg, MS Project), and highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS 365).
- Strong understanding of AV, IT, mechanical, electrical, and security systems, as well as integration, protocols, and technical language. Familiarity with systems like control systems, lighting, HVAC, BMS, and access control is an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage contractors, and liaise effectively with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of project budgets, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
- A keen eye for quality and precision, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages (Dutch, German, etc.) is beneficial.
