Project Quantity Surveyor

A really exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a government organisation on a permanent basis

Your new company
The company are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding and busy team based out of Oxfordshire. They are a large government organisation with good benefits and a work-life balance.

Your new role
Manage and lead on aspects of quantity surveyor duties from pre- to post-contract. You will be on top of budgeting to make sure the project is where it needs to be at all phases of the job. You will be in charge of cost reports, assisting on all commercial aspects. You will be able to compile tender documentation for small/ medium building projects and produce documents outlining pricing. You will be part of a team working on two large-scale projects. You will analyse buildings to see if they're fit for purpose and make sure all budgeting, pricing and costs are correct and in line with timeframe.
What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of experience Quantity Surveying
  
• Background of working in the public sector or a subcontractor who has.
  
• Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying
