Property Manager - London NW3

A great opportunity has arisen for a Lettings & Property Manager to join our well-established Independent Sales & Lettings management Client in Hampstead NW6. The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritize jobs as necessary; living local to Hampstead would be a bonus.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

1. Manage a portfolio of approx. 150 properties
2. Carry out periodic property inspections
3. Ensuring the entire managed portfolio is fully compliant (GSIs/EICRs/EPCs/PAT Testing/Legionella Tests)
4. Obtaining quotes from contractors and arranging maintenance works
5. Approving all works with landlords
6. Serving Section 21 notices
7. Dealing with deposit returns
8. Booking check-outs and arranging end of tenancy cleans
9. Keep on top of all maintenance jobs
10. Respond to emails promptly

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
2. Excellent communication skills with strong literacy skills.
3. The candidate must have intermediate computer literacy.
4. Experience of property management software packages.
5. Professional accreditation would be seen as a strong advantage.
6. Be able to manage their own workload and prioritize jobs as necessary.
7. Full valid driving licence is essential.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 - Dependent on experience.

Monday to Friday Hours 9:00 a.m - 6:00 PM, parking permits + Pool car available for inspections if not bringing car to work.
