Tasks

• As a provider and service manager, you will develop the necessary services and contractual agreements with internal IT customers and external providers.
• You are responsible for organizing and monitoring the transition phase.
• You implement and optimize the internal IT processes for the efficient integration of providers
• Another key part of your role is managing, monitoring and coordinating the IT services procured from external providers. You will ensure compliance with the agreed quality standards, SLAs and budgets.
• As the central point of contact, you organize regular service review meetings with providers and internal IT customers.
• You ensure appropriate risk and compliance management with regard to externally procured services.
• You will also provide support in coordinating and requesting necessary service changes as well as the subsequent implementation and commissioning.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree in Business Informatics or have a comparable qualification.
• You have a sound knowledge of ITIL, ideally with a corresponding certification.
• You have already gained initial professional experience in managing service providers
• You are highly committed to leading discussions as well as quality and process management and show that you stand up for your goals. You are also convincing in conflict situations.
• You can integrate well into different teams in order to be successful together.
• You consider yourself to have a high level of customer orientation, as well as a quick grasp and a keen eye for detail.
• Your actions are characterized by independent and entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to self-reflect.
