Psalion Operations Manager (Paris)

The company has enjoyed rapid growth in the past few years and is seeking to recruit a Paris-based Operations Manager to contribute to further driving the company's development on a global scale.

Position and tasks:

Reporting directly to one of the Partners of the company, the Operations Manager's tasks include:

Marketing & Communication

-Assist in the development and execution of the company's global marketing strategy

-Development and housekeeping of marketing & sales materials

-Maintenance and update of the company website

-Posting and updating content on company social media

-Organization of and participation in event organization

-Managing and enhancing the Psalion brand and brand guidelines

-Tracking, analyzing and reporting on the success of marketing and marketing programs

Sales administration & investor relations support

-Support the Partners of the company in their commercial, administrative and investor relations efforts

-Coordinate webinars and appropriate follow-up

-Prepare and coordinate newsletters

-Client onboarding

Profile, skills & experience:

-3-5 years minimum of successful experience working in digital assets or financial services companies in an operations, marketing, communication or sales administration role

-Strong proficiency in software such as Powerpoint, Excel, design software, website tools, CRM, etc.

-Excellent communication and relationship skills

-Analytical, pro-active and a strong problem-solving mentality

-Knowledge of decentralized finance principles is a plus

-Strong interest in all things blockchain

-Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
