You'llbe joining Ashbrooke School, one of the leading SEN settings in theNorth East. A purpose-built school with specialist classrooms,extensive grounds and sporting facilities, plus a new purpose-builtprimary provision - Ashbrooke supports young people with ADHD,autism, SEMH and SLCN and was recently rated Outstanding byOfsted.
Ourclinicians are a crucial part of the most joined-up model in SEND.Across all of our specialist schools and children's homes, weprovide unrivalled levels of clinical support, both in terms of ourexpertise and breadth of provision. Our young people presentwith a complexity of need including developmental trauma,neuro-developmental conditions and special educationalneeds.
As part of amulti-disciplinary clinical team you will be supporting educationaland residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living andlearning environments and, based on clinical assessment andformulation, offer individualised interventions and engagement toour young people.
OurPsychologists work collaboratively within our schools andchildren's homes, this ensures that therapeutic support permeatesevery aspect of the education, care and support we offer all of ourchildren and young people. You will provide consultation,workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residentialteams around ourchildren.
