Functie

As a Buyer, you collaborate closely with your colleagues to procure the right products, services, and materials. You play a key role in selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a purchasing strategy to select the best suppliers.
• Conduct contract negotiations with selected suppliers.
• Prepare and draft project-specific procurement contracts as well as framework and partner agreements.
• Create and process purchase orders.
• Monitor delivery times and lead times of purchase contracts and orders.
• Maintain close contact with the warehouse to coordinate incoming goods.

Functie-eisen

• Higher professional education (HBO) level with a technical background;
• Possession of at least NEVI 1, and NEVI 2 is a plus;
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Competencies: result-oriented, commercially and financially aware, negotiation skills, team player with self-management abilities;
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical project organization.
