Job Description
East End Lodge Dental Practice have a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Dental Nurse to join our lovely team in Havant.
We are a private dental practice with a small NHS contract who passionately believe in providing high quality dental care and excellent customer service. Located in central Havant which is walking distance from the town centre, bus and train stations.
Specialisms we provide at the practice;
Implants
Invisalign
Clear Correct Aligners
Sedation
All other aspects of general dental surgery.
Job title : Dental Nurse
Employed or self-employed : Employed
Salary : Dependant on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 08:15 - 17:30 with one hour for lunch, Wednesdays 12:00 - 19:20 with a 20 minute tea break.
Work experience and skills:
Sound knowledge of HTM 01-05
Sedation qualification advantageous
Experience working with dental implants advantageous
A knowledge of working within the dental sector is essential
Academic or trade qualifications:
Recognised qualification in Dental Nursing
Dental Nurse Registration with the General Dental Council
IT literate, knowledge of the SOE practice management system would be an advantage

A good time keeper
Be able to work as part of a team
Flexible with working days to cover annual leave
Excellent customer service skills with a good telephone manner
Computer literate
Proactive
