Job Description

Due to several new and innovative projects, we want to strengthen our team in Klagenfurt, Götzis or remote.


Aufgaben
  • Identification, Creation & Tracking of bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvements.
  • Create comprehensive test plans and test specifications based on requirements analyses and technical concepts.
  • Support acceptance tests and customer rollouts to ensure seamless product deployments.
  • Execution of different test methods such as feature tests, integration and system tests, regression tests, performance and load tests.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues, verifying if they come from the backend or frontend, directly test the API's in conjunction with the frontend.
  • Maintaining close cooperation and coordination with the development team to ensure smooth collaboration.

Profil
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
  • Good spoken and written English skills, German is an advantage.
  • We will consider this as an advantage:
  • ISTQB or similar software testing certification.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Cypress, Karate, Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, php, Python ) for automation purposes.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Wir bieten For this position, the minimum gross salary is EUR 2.854,- per month (full time - 38.5h/week), in accordance with the IT collective agreement. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience!
