Tasks

• Strategic planning and Site development in consultation with the Head of Operations
• Developing, implementing and monitoring of appropriate measures for obtaining and retaining all relevant site-related permits
• Operational management of the PET tracer production and quality control in consultation with the Head of Operations
• Leading the Heads of Departments (Production, Quality control & Quality Assurance)
• Planning and organization of maintenance and repair activities
• Production planning in coordination with the sales team
• Enhancements and standardization of production and testing processes
• Support in enhancements of the quality assurance system in accordance with GMP guidelines
• Running projects and special assignments as directed by the Head of Operations
• Management responsibility for the staff on site
• Recruitment of staff at the site in coordination with the HR Department

Profil

• Completed studies in a technical or scientific field, ideally pharmacy or chemistry
• Several years of professional experience in the pharmacy business with management experience (minimum of leading 5 employees), preferably in the field of radiopharmacy
• Several years of experience in the development, production and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals in advantage
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• High reliability and durability
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills
