They are currently seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join their finance team and contribute to the financial success of the company.

Your new role

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, including variance analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support the finance team with year-end audits and statutory accounts preparation.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency


  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a management accounting role, within the recruitment industry (preferably temporary staffing solutions).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
