The Regional Operations Manager (New Openings) plays a key part in maintaining our position as an industry leading fitness and leisure brand. You will be hands-on, visiting clubs within your Region on a regular basis, supporting your teams, whilst ensuring that each of your clubs are operating at the highest standard. You'll be working to deliver our commercial strategy, as well as finding, developing and inspiring an awesome team of Club Managers! The opening of new Leisure Clubs will form a key part of your role as we look to grow, you will rise to the challenge each new opening presents.

But what we need from you

-Own it!

-A passion for health & fitness

-Expert knowledge of leisure sales within a leadership/management position, with a proven track record of achievement.

-Expert knowledge of leisure operations within a leadership/management position, including safety regulations.

-Experience in the opening of new leisure clubs/gyms, with a proven track record for success.

-Attention to detail and a drive to ensure that the highest levels of member experience are consistently delivered through service & within the fitness product overall.

-Motivational and passionate about developing and nurturing your team; inclusive of the recruitment, training & coaching of a new team from scratch.

-Effective communicator with the ability to manage a team remotely.

-Strong organisational skills & a self-starter.

-Ability to travel on a regular basis visiting clubs throughout the U.K., including overnight stays. A significant proportion of your travel will be based in the south of the U.K.

-Ideally, you would hold Industry related qualifications & be familiar with Google's Workspace products & the leisure management software Exerp.
