About the Role:We're looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead and manage a residential home for young people. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality support, building partnerships, and managing a dynamic team.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and promote therapeutic support

Qualifications:

• Level 5 Diploma or working towards it
• Experience managing or deputising in a children's home
• Strong knowledge of LAC procedures and therapeutic strategies
• Full driving licence
