Reinsurance Claims Adjuster - Permanent - Full time - £50,000 - £55,000 - Lloyd's Market

We are seeking a motivated Reinsurance Claims Adjuster with experience in handling Treaty Property, Treaty Marine, or Treaty Casualty claims in the London market. You will manage a portfolio of standard and complex claims, from initial notification to settlement, ensuring prompt and fair resolutions while delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage reinsurance claims within authority limits and meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor significant global events (eg, catastrophes) that may impact claims.
• Ensure accurate financial provisions for all claims, with regular reviews to drive timely resolution.
• Deliver exceptional service by liaising with brokers, cedants, underwriters, and senior management.
• Provide clear, meaningful documentation and identify trends or issues for senior management.
