Top 5 Requirements:

Professional / Technical Qualification:
Relevant discipline or experience in a similar role.

Technical Expertise:
HND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other technical / engineering discipline, NEBOSH certification.

Regulatory Knowledge:
Understanding of statutory regulations related to engineering, construction, and buildings. Broad understanding of different forms of contract.

Safety Regulations:
Conversant with Asbestos, Fire Safety, and Health & Safety regulations and codes of practice.

Customer Focus:
Experience in a customer-focused environment with a strong understanding of client customer care.
