Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to work in our reactiverepairs team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Running daily schedules for team of 5-6 trade Operatives (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc)
- Continually liaising with trade Operatives, tenants and clients (local authority or housing association) by phone, email and live chat regarding updates on repairs
